What is respond.io, and are you a partner?
respond.io is a conversation management platform that brings WhatsApp, email and other channels into one AI-powered inbox. We are an official implementation partner, so we set it up, configure it and support you, rather than leaving you to figure out a powerful tool on your own.
Which channels can you centralise?
The focus is WhatsApp and email, the two that matter most for most businesses. respond.io also connects web chat, Instagram and Messenger, so you can add them when you are ready.
Can it handle phone calls?
It handles WhatsApp voice calls inside the same inbox, so a chat can move to a call without losing context. We do not currently offer landline or VoIP call handling, so if that is your main need, we will tell you honestly.
Will it work with my CRM?
In most cases, yes. respond.io connects to popular CRMs, calendars and lead sources. We handle the integrations so everything feeds the systems you already use.
How does the AI actually help?
